As I read through it, I realized the necessity of reviewing, updating and even letting go of one's own knowledge, experiences and #beliefs that have been meticulously gathered and cherished over the years, in order to reach a level of mastery that is comfortable with "not knowing" and deliver superior performance. I feel this is critical for leaders especially in today's volatile environment.
