             Increase awareness of personality types and how they interact
             Leveraging EQ to establish empathy, liking and trust  with team members
             Understand & improve the dynamics of working as a team
             Communicating Goals
             Giving and accepting feedback
             Making Team Meetings effective
             Managing conflicts in pressure situations

Developing the Next Leadership Team (2-3 days – can be combined with the Situational Leadership Framework or also as an outbound program)
Objective - To reinforce the necessary skills that make an effective leader.
             Understanding self (using various models)

             Competencies of a leader
             Leadership types
             Identifying High performers in the team
             Emotional Intelligence
             Feedback Delivery
             Trust in the workplace

Collaborating For Better Performance (2 days).
Objective - To improve the effectiveness of cross functional teams.
             Pre-requisites for Collaboration
             Policies of persuasion  / influence
             Working together with trust
             Managing conflict
             Action planning and Review
             Making Meetings effective
