For those who are strongly in favour of hybrid or remote working, I am curious:
- What factors are they looking at currently, and
- How will those factors change in the next five years.
- If they have to give weightage to the numerous factors at play here, then how much weightage is being given to cost savings? How much weightage are they giving to the 'soft' factors of teamworking, collaboration,
- What is the culture they want for their organization and how do they plan to sustain it, while taking care of retention, attrition, employer brand, and productivity?
