Another new certification I obtained is the Love Your Work: Igniting Performance and Energy from #PeopleAcuity - A Strengths Strategy Company. Strengths Strategy Inc is where I studied for my Strengths Strategy Coach Certification.
It was easy to decide to sign up for this course, because it also ties in with my work to help my clients improve their performance. I wasn't disappointed. I liked the course and the exercises of self-reflection were really powerful.

Happy to share that I am a GCG certified on the Global Leadership Assessment (GLA 360) tool. This is a 360 degree assessment tool to help the leader understand their areas of strengths and where they can improve.
What I like about the tool is that it provides a great balance of assessing both behavioural and business related competencies. I see that many leaders will benefit and take their leadership to the next levels.
This will be a great addition to my coaching tools as well as Leadership Workshops. The result of this process - a comprehensive summary report as well as the 360 Debrief - will be immensely valuable in understanding how their coworkers perceive their strengths and areas to develop.
With this understanding, the coaching process begins.
