If you are a leader, you must be very busy, right?

Yes and No!

The key thing about clarity



Here's a super quote I came across while reading 'Deep Work' by Cal Newport - "Clarity about what matters provides clarity about what does not." As a Strengths Strategy coach, Facilitator, trainer, father and human being, I can't think of a single arena of work or life where this cannot be applied.

Also, it seems to me that few people actually engage in the act of obtaining clarity. Because it takes time, many give up or wait - frozen indefinitely. Your thoughts? hashtag
